Global Scaling of Planetary Systems

The paper introduces a scale-invariant model of matter as fractal chain system of oscillating protons and electrons that is applied to the analysis of the solar system and extrasolar planetary systems. Based on global scaling, an explanation of the large number of coincident metric characteristics in different planetary and moon systems is proposed.
