Pow! (1967-68) : Various Issues

Pow! British boys comic from Odhams Press , published weekly in 1967 and 1968. 86 issues. By the end of its run, Pow! had absorbed one of its stablemates, Wham! , and was being published as Pow and Wham . After the 86th and final edition, it merged with its other stablemate Smash! (in September 1968) to form Smash and Pow (with numbering continued from Smash! ). Some strips running in Pow and Wham continued in the new comic: an advertisement in issue #86 details which strips closed and which continued after the merger. Various random issues of Pow! have been turning up recently, so I created this page for them as an alternative to just randomly scattering them amongst my other items. This collection is now nearly complete , with just two issues missing. Check back here from time to time, as this is where I'll add the missing issues if they chance to come my way.
