THE ROLE OF TEACHERS MANAGING TEACHING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND TO FACE THE ERA OF THE 21ST CENTURY (STUDY CASE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UMP PURWOKERTO)

Learning activities throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic should still target the action of twenty first century skills that integrate knowledge, skills, and attitudes, further as mastery of technology, data and communication, even in COVID-19 conditions like today. Therefore, this study aims to see however lecturers plan, perform learning and steerage as well on decide the sort of assessment carried out. this kind of analysis employed in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study use case study at Elementary School UMP Purwokerto as the sample in research. The research instruments used were observation, interview and documentation. the info assortment technique is victimization primary and secondary data sources. whereas the data analysis technique used is thru three stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data categorization.
