Mueller Report Volume II Obstruction

Volume II of the Mueller Report details various incidents of obstruction of justice committed by President Trump. Mueller lays out in precise details what was done, the nexus of the issue, and the president's motive -- the three issues an obstruction of justice case must present in order to bring charges. Mueller does not bring charges himself because the Department of Justice says the president cannot be charged while in office, so it is up to Congress to decide if impeachment hearings are warranted and if the president should be removed.
