REPERTOIRE New JOHN Mc CORMACK

These two files constitute a well researched and fully updated repertoire list of songs performed by the great Irish tenor, John McCormack (1884-1945). The songs he sang in concert and those he recorded are listed here, with extensive information about each song, and where and when he sang it. This list of songs and arias should be of great interest and use to today's singers and voice teachers. Baritone, Michael McFarlane recorded 4 CDs (over 100 Irish songs) which McCormack had sung in concert but did not, himself, record. (These CDs and also copies of the sheet music can be obtained through doctdor@yahoo.com. and the CDs will be made available on audio Internet Archive.) A new 16 CD set of McCormack's electrics is also in progress and will be available soon.
