Yoga of Inner Light and Sound

Meditation on Bindu [inner Light/inner Seeing] and Nada [inner Sound] occupies the highest pedestal in Sant Mat [the Path of the Masters], for this meditation is the only means to scale the dizziest of heights that a spiritual seeker can ever aspire for. Several editions of my book âBindu Nada Dhyanâ have been published. Some Satsang lovers translated and got the book published in Bengali also. Very recently it has also been translated into Marathi language. Now Prof. Pravesh Kumar Singh has translated it into English. I thank him heartily for the noble task and pray to my most adorable Guru Maharaj for his progress. Jai Guru! Achyutanand Ram Navami 12th April 2011
