A short answer by Nicholas Barbon to John Locke's 1691-1692 letter/pamphlet entitled : "Some Considerations of the Consequences of the Lowering of Interest, and Raising the Value of Money". Originally printed in 1694, then probably reprinted in 1714 - still in London.
